In conjunction with conversion to a tenant-owner association, tenants are given an opportunity to buy their apartment at a considerably lower price than the market is prepared to pay for the apartment.

If there is interest in conversion, you must set up a tenant-owner association to buy the building. A conversion can take several years from the first initiative to the final sale.
